Mary Beth LOVED the Polka band at Oktoberfest. Not sure who the other little girl is...but clearly she is jealous of Mary Beth's moves.

Fun Fall Weekend

We went to Oktoberfest at St. Benedict's.

Bohdan wore his hat with style!

MB didn't love hers as much.

But it looked great on Chris!

Finally...but it didn't stay on for long.

On Sunday we went to the DC zoo with Aunt Weez and Nanny. MB loved the 'Ants!

First Haircut!

Mary Beth had her first haircut on Friday at Pigtails and Crewcuts.

She did great!

Will was there to lend his support...this was like his 25th haircut. He is a pro.

We celebrated John's birthday on Monday morning.

Mary Beth brought Dada his presents.

But the best gift of all was the site of MB in her Redskins warm-up suit. Not looking forward to football season.

The Pancake Debacle

On Sunday morning we asked MB what she wanted for breakfast....


She said "pasta." We suggested pancakes might be better.


Then she was very focused on pancakes...so focused that we couldn't get to the diner fast enough.

Finally! Although, I think she thought pancakes were going to be more like cupcakes, so this was a bit disappointing.

Labor Day Weekend Fun!

Labor Day weekend brought a lot of pool time and cookouts with friends. MB loved every minute.

We had a little cookout for John's birthday on Sunday night. MB enjoyed some cake with her dad.
